Born on December 2, 1981 on the 2nd of December in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model best known for her roles in movies and television shows. After beginning her acting career through her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut was with her first role as Naevia in the drama about historical events Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared on numerous television series during the past ten years including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt plays the role Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. The family moved to Auckland with her family in her teens. The path she took to her career started as an actress in print and commercial ads. She worked in sales, as well as being consultant for technologies for information before gaining fame as a fashion-model. Her first starring role in 2009 in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she was given the role as Leilani Fa'auigaese. Her first big appearance was in 2021, when she was the character of slave-girl Naevia on the Starz show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role of Naevia. The actress co-starred with Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as a demon who hunts for bounty Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix famous series Lucifer. It is her largest role up to now. She is co-starring in the show with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
